Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the TrofiCar mobile application (“the App”) operated by TrofiCar (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using TrofiCar, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

TrofiCar is a car loan payment calculator that allows you to:

  • Estimate monthly car loan payments
  • Compare different loan scenarios
  • View interest distribution over the life of a loan
  • Factor in sales tax, trade-in values, and down payments

Disclaimer of Financial Advice

TrofiCar is not a financial advisor. The App provides estimates and calculations for informational purposes only. The calculations are based on standard amortization formulas and may not reflect the exact terms offered by any lender.

  • APR estimates are based on publicly available market data and your selected credit score range. Actual rates may vary.
  • Sales tax rates are approximations and may not reflect your exact local rate.
  • Always verify loan terms, interest rates, and total costs with your actual lender before making financial decisions.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate information when performing calculations.
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.
  • Not use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TrofiCar are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • TrofiCar is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any financial decisions made based on the App’s calculations.
  • We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

Data and Privacy

Your use of TrofiCar is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All calculations are performed locally on your device, and we do not collect or store your financial data.

Modifications to the App and Terms

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice.
  • Update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
